ABS

ABS edge available in stock in more than 600 colors including solid colors and wood imitation in different finishes in thickness from 0.4 mm to 3 mm with the possibility of producing and developing new colors on request.

ABS edge is produced from a plastic material called (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene). ABS shares most of the characteristics of PVC but ABS is lighter in composition (low density), does not include the presence of chlorine in its composition and is not fireproof.

ABS edge is 100% recyclable.

Our ABS edges do not include plasticizers in the formulation and are all printed using a UV VOC painting technology.

PVC

Laminates

CPL laminate edge resistant to abrasion obtained from the lamination of melamine paper supported by kraft and parchment also available in the extra flexible version for covering surfaces such as jambs, architraves, frames, skirting boards... etc.

Melamines

Single-layer paper impregnated with melamine resins for the edging of panels with a nominal thickness of 0.4mm. Also available in the back version in different colors.

Real wood veneer edge

The real wood veneer edge is available in different woods, thicknesses and with different types of processing: supported, sanded, lacquered, stained, brushed, transversal, pre-glued

PP

Edge with thickness from 0.45mm to 2mm, available in solid colors and wood print, metallic and fantasy decorations, in a variety of finishes and different degrees of gloss.
Their excellent durability and high impact resistance makes the thick edge ideal for use in schools, offices, communities and hospitals.
The PP edge is flexible and suitable for processing straight panels, as well as curved panels and tight radius applications. Read all about PP Edges

Pore filling paper

We have different types of pore filling paper in multiple colors and weights for counterbalancing, they are specific papers for painting, pre-impregnated raw and finished on the surface.
They are available in weights: 60 gr/m2 - 80 gr/m2 - 100 gr/m2 - 160 gr/m2 - 200 gr/m2 - 250 gr/m2
Colors: white/black/gray/sand/mahogany and Havana.
Other colors and weights on request with minimum quantities to be established. The same papers are also supplied in edge for covering shapes and backs, sheets with a maximum width of 1550 mm. and whole reels up to a maximum width of 3050 mm.

Hot Melt Glue

Various types of hot melt glue for edgebanders in granules and cartridges are available in stock.
